We've known Anna for about 8 years now. We did not write an review back when we first met her in 2013, so this review also covers what we missed back then. She was helpful, accommodating, and above all, genuine. After looking for a house for about 3-4 months, and couple of unsuccessful offers, we decided to call off the plan to purchase a house at the time. Anna was still happy to show us house when we were ready again. She never pressured us into any commitment and advised us on all aspects of purchasing a house as a first time buyer. Fast forward 8 years and here we are trying to purchase a house again. We contacted Anna of course, and she is still the same person, helpful, accommodating, and genuine. We finally closed on a house last week and we cannot be more appreciative of her work and help. Anna LaBelle and her team did an absolutely amazing job selling our house! Going into the process of selling from another state, we thought it would be a major struggle, but Anna quickly put us at ease. Her team had sent contractors to make repairs after our renters (with a different Realty management company) left it in terrible shape. She took photos of all the work and she handled everything in the process. Then, we received 16 offers ...WOW.. we were blown away. The sale went smoothly and she kept us up to date on the process. We signed everything and sold above our asking price and best of all we never had to make a trip to NC. She is beyond professional and I would highly recommend Anna and her team!
